The Deepening is the second chapter of Sancta. This year, my search took me deeper within myself and led me through Lebanon and Greece, where I found more sacred relics, each with a story of its own.

Some symbols stay with us because they speak to something we cannot quite put into words: a memory, a prayer, a person we love. These heirlooms are an invitation to hold that meaning close, whatever it may be for you.

Relics of Light began with my search for meaning and the comfort I’ve always found in faith, symbols, and the possibility of miracles. In Beirut, I searched through old jewellers’ drawers for sacred medallions, choosing each one for the story it holds.

Each heirloom invites you to find your own meaning in it. I hope that when one finds you, it feels as though it has always been yours.
